Supervised by Amanda Gray, LPC-S
Brooke Cortez is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, supervised by Amanda Gray, LPC-S, with a passion for helping clients navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Victim Studies from Sam Houston State University and her Master’s in Counseling from West Texas A&M University.
Brooke enjoys working with individuals of all ages and stages of life. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, life transitions, and supporting individuals navigating medical concerns — including those considering or preparing for bariatric surgery.
As an LPC-Associate, Brooke offers a reduced self-pay rate to make counseling more accessible while she completes her required supervision hours. At the heart of her approach is the belief that every person deserves a safe, supportive space to explore their experiences, overcome obstacles, and move toward their goals. She strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
